The construction process of leisure artificial turf mainly includes inspection and inspection of the foundation works, measurement and setting out, laying of artificial turf, gluing and bonding, pressurization and debris sorting.

1. Inspection and inspection

The sundries in the root of the outdoor construction site need to be removed. If there are uneven places, they should be repaired and leveled in time; The indoor construction site must be kept clean to ensure the construction quality.

2. Measurement and setting out

Use measuring objects (such as theodolite, 100-meter tape, etc.) to accurately measure the construction site, and perform measurement and setting out according to the planning of the design drawing.

3. Draw lines and cut grass

Unfold the artificial turf with the back facing up, and prepare the cutting knife, line drawing objects (such as "chalk") and steel tape. Draw a line on the back of the turf according to the required size. After the line is drawn, use a cutting knife to cut along the line drawing area.

4. Laying the connecting belt

Fold the edge of the mowed lawn evenly upward for 20-30 cm, and place the prepared connecting belt between the adjacent grass rolls.

5. Bonding

Apply the special glue for artificial grass on the joint interface at a uniform speed. Before the glue dries, connect the lawn. The turf bottom of the bonding part shall be clean and dry without moisture. It is not suitable for construction in rainy or rainy weather.

6. Pressurization

After the artificial turf is bonded, remove the sundries on its surface, use a special rubber hammer (or other things) to hammer it firmly from the bonding point to both sides, or use nails to nail the artificial turf firmly, so that its surface is fully contacted and compacted, and the bonding is stronger.

7. Filling accessories

The quartz sand can be sprinkled according to the needs of the site, and the paved quartz sand should be kept dry. Use hard brush or light load drag type heavy brush to brush back and forth to ensure that the site is even and flat.

8. Inspection exit

After laying, check whether the completed artificial turf is flat and solid, and finally clean up the construction waste. At this point, a dedicated private back garden appeared immediately.
